Offerings

To leverage my extensive experience and expertise in mathematics education to empower teachers and schools to improve math instruction and student outcomes. My mission is to partner with educators and administrators to develop and implement effective strategies that cultivate a deeper understanding, appreciation and application of mathematics.

My vision is to transform mathematics education by inspiring teachers to become passionate, innovative, and confident math educators. I aim to equip teachers with the tools, resources, and pedagogical knowledge necessary to engage all students in meaningful mathematical learning. 

My goal is to make the learning experience meaningful and helpful to the teachers and administrators I work with.  Whether working face-to-face or collaborating online, I will meet with those involved beforehand and gather information about the teacher's or department's goals and previous experience with the topic.  Professional learning is NOT one size fits all, and neither are my offerings.  Every school, every department, every teacher has unique strengths and unique needs.  I will design an experience that will be customized to best serve those needs while building on those strengths.
